Travel to Dubai


Things you must know before you take off for Dubai, UAE, After Covid-19 Lot off things has changed around us, Our Life is no more as it was before the pandemic, especially if we are traveling between 2 or more countries. every country even state has its own laws and regulations with respect to Visitors and Residents of that City or country.


After Pandemic Dubai changed a lot, Now wearing a Mask is a must until and unless you have been advised by the doctor to not wear a mask due to some health issues.

Dubai and other emirates' joint effort to curb pandemic and Recover after it, is no less than a milestone for its leader and people of UAE.

Now Traveling to Dubai is far less easy than it was in the early days of Covid-19, all most all flights restrictions have been lifted apart from some specific countries or cities. Many travelers don't even Need a PCR test before departing for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or RAK.

Dubai Travel requirements

Dubai Health Authority has laid down some guidelines for Fully Vaccinated & Non-Vaccinated travelers landed in Dubai.

Entry Requirements for Passengers arriving from the following Countries.


Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Bangladesh

  • A valid negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate with a QR code for a test conducted within 48 hours, validity should be calculated from the time the sample was collected, prior to departure from an approved health facility
  • A Rapid PCR test (RPT) Should be conducted at the departure airport within six hours of departure with a QR code on the test result.
  • As of 1st October, this no facility for the Rapid PCR Test in Nigeria and Zambia, so flights are closed till the facility is not available.

You may also be asked to show Covid-19 vaccines Proof & negative Covid-19 Pcr Test.

PCR Test on Arrival

Passengers arriving from Pakistan & India Must Take PCR Test on Arrival at Airport also including Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Poland, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Russia, Senegal, Slovakia, Somaliland, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam countries including Zambia, Zimbabwe once test facility will be available at their departure airports.

If you are Arriving at Dubai Airport it has a very smooth process for PCR Testing.

Before Planning to travel to the United Arab Emirates, travelers Must Check With the airline regarding Residence Visa and Visit Visa Holders' requirements.


Tourists Departing from Dubai

Passengers will need to do COVID‑19 PCR tests only if it is mandated by the country they are traveling to.

Please Check Requirements through Your Airline Before you make any travel.

For example: for China through Emirates Line

All passengers, except children under the age of 1, who are traveling to China must have a negative rapid COVID‑19 test certificate before travel. You must report to the check‑in counter 5 hours before your flight and take this test at Dubai International airport at Emirates Terminal 3 departure area, next to Costa. Tourists traveling to Dubai
